We offer many different support methods such as our Livechat which can be accessed by clicking on the window in the left corner of your VLE for instant support. Do you provide training?

Yes! As part of your subscription, our training team come to your establishment to provide initial training to your key members of staff. If this is not enough, additional training sessions can be arranged for an additional cost. Get in touch to find out more.

Do you offer any free trials?

Do you offer Single Sign On / ADFS?

Yes! Fusion integrates with your ADFS or other identity management services allowing for a seamless login experience. No more passwords!

Does Fusion integrate with my existing content providers?

Yes! Fusion integrates with 80+ global content providers across all subjects and age ranges. If your content provider isn't in the library let us know and our team will look into adding this for you.

Can parents and students access their reports through Fusion?

Yes! If your MIS allows this, Fusion will be able to display reports that are uploaded on your MIS to the parents and students. We offer extra functionality on Fusion to filter reports that are available to users, as well as to control the level of access to the reports area. Get in touch to find out more.

Yes! We take Client confidentiality and security very seriously. We have implemented appropriate internal security procedures that restrict access to and disclosure of personal data within My Learning.
